Multiple Sessions

If you intend to reserve multiple sessions, you may submit a single deposit or advance payment to have the sessions treated as a single reservation. This would ensure all included sessions can be reserved before committing. Just be sure to note all included session IDs when submitting your deposit or advance payment. However, if you intend to reserve multiple sessions and would like the status or success of a reservation to not interfere with other sessions, you must submit the deposit or advance payment separately for that reservation.

Fine Print

Once you have paid your deposit, if your reservation cannot be completed due to a conflicting reservation having already been completed, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit will be returned. The deposit is otherwise non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled by authorized personnel.

Once your reservation is complete, your session will begin at #start# on #date# whether or not you are present. If you need to change a reserved session time, notify us as soon as possible (#worker_phone#). With enough advance notice, we will do our best to accommodate changes, or, in some situations, we may be able to issue a credit for deposit or payment. Otherwise, your session will continue as scheduled, with or without you, and may end early unless full payment is received in advance.

As outlined on the website, a reservation does not guarantee the session. Situations beyond our control may arise which prevent normal operation. If this should ever occur, our first priority will be to keep all original future reservations. We will then accommodate displaced reservations as much as possible or issue a refund if necessary.

For a VR session, consecutively scheduled sessions may require that your preparation procedure extend into your session. Consecutive sessions may also require the use of an alternative power bank. If needed, this power bank will need to be worn on your person, such as in a pocket. If this is a concern, be sure to request accommodations before completing your reservation and at least two hours before your requested reservation on #start# on #date#.
